Faith Christian Assembly

Third Grade:  This class will be learning proper keyboarding. They will be taught proper posture, location of keys and how to type correctly without looking. We will do some work in creating simple powerpoints and animating effects. There are also fun activities in creating art with various programs, and even writing our own stories. This will entail adding backgrounds, objects, sound effects and music to students' own text, which can then be read back by the computer in a kind of animated slide show. Their grade is based solely on class participation  and effort.
